This project aims to persuade employers to select one employee for a paid 1 hour a week tech class which lasts for six months. CTC will provide all the necessary computers and peripherals needed for the class. The class is held at the employer's location where possible or at CTC's location. We want to go beyond the typical high school IT
curriculum consisting mostly of Microsoft Office and
introduce our youth to Computer Science topics rarely taught
in High Schools like, Programming, Artificial
Intelligence, Computer Networking, Electronic Waste management.
Our Summer Camps expose our youth to semi-advanced computer science
subjects preparing them to participate in regional
competitions aimed at identifying the ones
with potentials and passion for technology but lack the
resources, training and discipline required.
